Police received a report of a man located injured in Geelong on 5 August.
The man was located with a wound to his back on Latrobe Terrace about 11.10am.
He was taken to Geelong Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are investigating to determine the circumstances surrounding how the man was injured.
