Emergency services responded to an incident at Queenscliff Harbour at 2:05 PM this afternoon.
A 43-year-old man, who had been involved in a diving accident, was brought to shore.
He sustained a leg injury, reportedly caused by a boat propeller.
The man was transported in serious but stable condition to Geelong Hospital.
